Costruito da Carlo de' Maschi, fu poi dei Marcheselli e dei Lettimi
The aristocratic Carlo de' Maschi had the "palazzo" built in 1506; it passed then to Marcheselli and Lettimi families and to the Municipality in the end. Nothing but ruins are left nowadays.
At the City Museum you can find some parts of the ceiling portraying stories of Scipio (L'Africano) by Marco Marchetti (1570). This building fallen into ruin is hosting the "Giardino degli aromi".
