A weekly sports activity program for all those who want to keep fit in their free time and want to do it in company. Every Wednesday evening and Friday morning the training is led for an hour by the personal trainer Elen Souza.

Wednesday from 7.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday from 9.00am to 10.00am (every 15 days)
Summertime: Monday at 7.00am/ Wednesday at 7.00pm and Saturday morning
